Furthermore, Squared Circle Wrestling is currently looking at possible charges against the fans involved in this incident which include an assault charge. 2CW is working with the Binghamton Police in an attempt to remedy this situation. When officers arrived, he started throwing glasses at them and two officers suffered cuts on the hands and arms. He was subdued and charged with second degree assault, a felony, third degree criminal mischief, also a felony, second degree reckless endargement and resisting arrest. He was taken to jail for psychiatric evaluation. According to an eye witness, police pulled guns on him in the incident at the birthday party for Louis Albano (the one and the same). Fullington was bleeding badly as the owner of the restaurant to try and subdue him threw a beer bottle which hit Fullington in the face.
